Insurance Information: I want to protect your information and confidentiality, so my office does not bill insurance. Payment for your session is due in full, at time of visit. The costs of my services should be eligible for reimbursement through your "Out-of-Network Benefits" or Flexible Spending Account. My office provides you with the forms needed (an insurance superbill) to submit to your insurance company. I cannot guarantee reimbursement by your insurance company for my services provided. Reimbursement is between you and your insurance company.
Risks of using your insurance to pay for mental health services: If you should choose to use your insurance company to pay for therapy services, keep in mind your insurance company will require me to give you a “mental health diagnosis” in order to reimburse you for therapy services. Your “mental health diagnosis” does become a part of your permanent medical record. Also the insurance company can request from me a copy of your patient records/my notes to copy, review and place in your permanent medical records for others to view such as future employers, the federal government, military officials and law enforcement.
Office Hours:My office is open Monday - Friday, with office hours from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm. By appointment only. No walk-ins accepted.
Session Length: Both individual and couple sessions are 45 minutes long (Initial therapy sessions are 60 minutes). My office offers a free email or phone consultation to see if I may be able to help you.
Therapy Fees: Please call my office for therapy session rates. For payment, I accept cash, and credit/debit cards (checks no longer accepted) for your convenience.

Make a left on Oglethorpe Professional Blvd. - the street between Darby Bank and Starcastle. On the right you will come to a set of office bldgs. - Oglethorpe Professional Court. Turn into complex and my office is in the middle set of bldgs. I am in Suite 3. My sign is on the front door.
